Recent Work in Oct and Nov, Replace siding, Rebuilt Porch, New Piers, Replace Sign Posts, Caps and Details

We tore off old weathered siding and replaced it with Exterior Fir Plywood and New Flashing

We replaced the weathered lattice and put in new concrete pier blocks on existing footings, parged and painted with aluminum caps to shed water


Replaced Lattice and Framework and new Concrete Piers

Dug up old rotten posts and replaced with cedar and pine trim. It was to be painted but the owner loved the look and wants us to clear treat it

Opening mid Nov, We did some Hardwood Flooring, Panelled the entryway and stairs, a couple of new walls, drywall and taping, new 5-1/2" baseboard and had a friend build 3-beautiful Wardrobes out of solid oak and oak veneered plywood, set for installation next Wed.

New Hardwood Flooring and a Staircase Remodel, what a change!!!!








All the Little things really added up in time. Chalk this one up to Great Experience!!!!

All the Ballisters were hand chopped into the treads, the tops were bevel cut and countersink screws hold them in


Newell Posts were replaced because we couldn't strip the stain without damaging the turned profile. Notice the solid Oak Shelf, Kerf Cut and Bent, and segmented cut floor pieces on top. Hate to count the hours!!!
