ripped out an old tile shower and rebuilt it using hardie backer board, kerdie membrane and bottom pan and drain kit. Grouted and waiting for the Glass Order to be ready

New Cedar Top on and old deck

 half of the unseen structure needed to be replaced, dry rot, carpenter ants and wet

 we installed Grace Waterproof membrane on all joist tops to shed water and help preserve the deck joists
